Rajen Sheth is the founder and CEO of Boardwalk Development Group, developing, acquiring, and managing self storage as well as boat & RV storage facilities in the Southeast United States under the brand Boardwalk Storage.
Boardwalk Storage was ranked the 60th largest self storage operator in the country in 2022. In addition, Boardwalk was ranked the 7th fastest growing company in Georgia in 2021. Raj has acquired, developed, managed and owned over $500M in real estate assets over the past 20 years.
Raj’s broad career spans over 30 years in Commercial Real Estate Investment, Management and Development, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Hedge Fund Management, Strategy Consulting, and Executive Education.
Raj holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Outside of work, Raj enjoys spending time with his family, reading about global economics and finance, and traveling with a goal of visiting one new country a year.
