Scott joined Boardwalk Development Group in 2024 as the Director of Acquisitions. He has a diverse real estate background working on behalf of both institutional and private investors across asset classes.
Most recently, Scott was on the acquisition team at OrbVest, a real estate investment firm that focused on healthcare commercial real estate across the US. Earlier in his career, he served as an Associate at Trimont Real Estate advisors on their asset management team. Prior to Trimont, he served as a financial analyst at RCG Ventures where he was responsible for portfolio underwriting and analytics as well as financing initiatives for a $1 billion national retail portfolio. Prior to RCG, he worked at SitusAMC where he underwrote more than $250 million in CMBS loans.
Scott graduated with a BBA degree in Economics from the University of Georgia. He also obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
Outside the office, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as trying out new restaurants around the Atlanta area. He is an avid golfer and likes to travel.
